• The Americlean High Capacity Acid Injector is designed from 316 Stainless Steel to be used with most acid solutions including Muratic Acid.
• It will draw water to acid ratios of 4 to 1 and higher by using the metering valve provided.
• Nozzles with spray angles of 15, 40, and 65 degrees are furnished so that you can custom fit the proper spray angle to your job.
• The Acid Injector also works well without a nozzle by applying solution directly to the project in a round spray pattern from a distance.
  • This method can spray a stream of acid solution up to a distance of 30 feet depending on the size of the pressure washer being used.
  • Solution ratios as low as 2-1/2 to 1 can be obtained with this method.
• It will also work effectively as a Foamer with the use of a foaming type detergent.

Instructions for Acid Injector Operation:

1. Connect the quick coupler plug on the acid injector body directly into the quick coupler on the end of the gun extension where you would normally put your cleaning nozzle.

2. Place the siphon foot strainer on the end of the plastic tube into the container of solution.

3. Fit appropriate angle nozzle if desired, or use thread protector for round concentrated spray.

4. Open gun valve and allow water to pass through injector, then adjust the handle on the metering valve to desired draw ratio.
