This
filter is machined from brass and has a replaceable 50 mesh
stainless steel filter cartridge inside. Surface cleaners
have two nozzles that are each half the size of the nozzle
that is used on the pressure washers gun. These smaller nozzles
can clog easily from debris coming from the system or water
supply. The rotating nozzles are dirt sensitive and can be
damaged from dirt passing through them. The filter is easy
to clean by simply unscrewing the filter body from the filter
adapter which then exposes the filter screen for quick rinsing.
The filter screen can be removed for replacement with a standard
screw driver. The threads are 1/4 male pipe thread by 1/4
female pipe thread.
