50 Mesh Inline Filter is provided to stop debris coming from the systems plumbing & water supply from clogging the two spray arm nozzles. All surface cleaner nozzles are each 1/2 the orifice size that your machines spray gun nozzle has and they tend to clog easily without a filter installed. The filter can easily be cleaned when necessary.

Extra heavy duty brush provided. As most brushes wear quickly the spray tips get closer to the surface being cleaned. This reduces the width of the spray and results in poor cleaning. Resulting in longer time to get the job done.

We started the RED GLIDER design by creating a unit that weighs only 17 pounds.
We then designed a one-piece spray-bar from solid 7/8 diameter 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum bar.
We machined the spray tip orientation into the solid spray bar so that it can never be knocked out of orientation and almost is impossible to bend.

We designed it with a Lightweight Spun Aluminum cover.

The swivel is manufactured from solid brass and does not have U-CUP seals.

It uses an Upper & Lower Orifice System that is patented.

All other swivels use a U-CUP or O-RING system to seal the water from leaking. These type of seals do not hold up long to constant hot water usage.

Replacing Worn Brushes

Many equipment operators don’t realize the importance of replacing worn brushes on surface cleaners. As the brush wears, the nozzles get closer to the surface being cleaned. ¾” of wear can reduce the spray width by 30% causing the cleaning job to take much longer to complete. The cost of not replacing a worn brush can add additional hours to cleaning operations.

Our replacement brushes are less expensive.
